Your order will be processed and shipped out to and delivery should take about 3-5 business days for US and Canadian orders and 10-20 business days for International orders. Shipping charges are calculated by the online ordering system and included in your total purchase amount. International shipping charges may be adjusted as needed. Shipping charges are not refundable since they are nonrefundable to us.

Return Authorization - All returns must be authorized by the returns department. Please notify us if you would like to return your product by sending an email to information@primawhite.com or by calling the toll-free number listed on this website. A return authorization code will be assigned to you and must be included with the returned product.

Whitening Systems - Your return must include all items delivered with your system including all syringes and/or tubes of whitening gel (whether used or not), all bleaching trays delivered with your order (whether used or not), any additional materials delivered with your order and a return authorization code printed on the package. If you are not satisfied with the results of your dental whitening system, please contact us to get your return authorization code.

Dental Whitening Gel - Your return must include all items delivered with your system including syringes and/or tubes of whitening gel (whether used or not), any additional materials delivered with your order and a return authorization code.

Shipping - Upon receipt of your return authorization code, please return your order to the address given to you with your return authorization code. We suggest that you use a shipping company that utilizes delivery confirmation to assure that your package is delivered. Any refund for products will not include shipping charges to or from our customers since these charges are nonrefundable to us.

 

PAYMENT:

Credit card charges will appear as Prima Labs with our toll free telephone number. If a credit card charge is questioned, please contact the company to easily resolve. Do not dispute the charge with the bank as this incurs unnecessary fees.
